Our Work
Our services include advising our clients, helping them to minimise the risk or severity of disputes and helping to resolve any disputes that arise. We strive to do so in an effective manner, using a range of methods including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings. Although the Chambers is based in Christchurch, the barristers also undertake work in other regions of New Zealand.
Barristers have their own practices. Each barrister in Clarendon Chambers is independent of the others. Each maintains client confidentiality and can provide discreet and confidential advice. Except in limited situations a solicitor is required to instruct a barrister. That is a straight-forward process that we can assist with should you wish.
We each welcome inquiries. You may click on the name or photograph of the barrister you wish to contact for details. If the barrister you contact is not able to undertake the matter, then he may recommend someone else. We each have different areas of practice. Represented within the Chambers is substantial experience in the following areas:

Child law
